MSW, LISW-CP

Opening up to a stranger and processing the most vulnerable parts of yourself can feel scary. I’m committed to helping you feel safe, seen, and hopeful. Many of the clients I work with have experienced traumatic or stressful life events and struggle with feelings of deep shame or worry.

Whether you’re the parent of a child or teen who has experienced trauma or abuse, a college student struggling with self-doubt and perfectionism, or a young adult who wants to live in the present but feels stuck in the past, my hope is that through our time together you’ll find healing and the tools you need to create the meaningful life you deserve.

As a provider of empathetic and evidenced-based therapy, I would be honored to have the privilege of working with you— at your pace and on your timeline.

I’m a Licensed Independent Social Worker – Clinical Practice and practice from a strength-based, client-centered and trauma-focused perspective using an eclectic therapy model. I’m trained in Trauma Focused-CBT, EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy.

Outside of work, you’ll find me taking trips with my sister, hosting dinner parties, spending time with my niece, reading a good book and walking in my neighborhood.
