Since 2001, Pettigru Counseling Associates has been a trusted cornerstone of the greater downtown Greenville community. Our roots, however, trace back even further to the 1980s when we began as Pettigru Therapy. With decades of experience, we are honored to have served this community in countless ways from our friendly front office staff to our highly skilled therapists, all the way to the many community service opportunities we offer.
